Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 1 day in advance or the card on file will be charged. No exceptions. There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments that are 30 minutes or longer, and a 5 minute grace period for appointments that are 15 minutes. Call the studio to let us know if you are running late. If you are not here past the grace period and have not contacted us, it will be marked as a "no show" and the card on file will be charged. The cancellation fee is 50% of the listed service, a minimum of $50 for hour long appointments, OR the full amount for anything less than $10.

We do not offer infant piercings. However, we do offer ear lobe piercings for anyone 5 years old and up, with select piercers.

Yes, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when getting a piercing. When filling out paperwork, we will need your parent/guardian to take a picture of their legal ID (Drivers License, Real ID, Passport) and signature. For legal guardians, the health department asks that you show proof of legal guardianship. We do not take military IDs as proof.

We accept Walk-Ins whenever time allows. Appointments are always recommended as walk ins are first come, first serve and possibly a high wait time.

SERVICES WE DO NOT ACCEPT AS WALK-INS:

Kids Lobe Sets (5-10 years old), Any Surface dermal/ bar (anti-tragus, anti-eyebrow, ect.) and Genital piercings.

Eat. Your body will be releasing endorphins during the entire piercing process, so you’ll want to have stable blood sugar. Avoid any alcohol, aspirin, or caffeine before getting pierced as they are blood thinners.

DO NOT use numbing cream or icing techniques. There are a variety of numbing creams out there which we don't know the ingredients for. This can cause irritation or infection. Icing the skin before piercing can cause the tissue to be more stiff and can result the piercing more painful for you. Please refrain from using these methods, we will NOT pierce you.

Clean 2 times a day with sterile saline only, spray onto a qtip and clean around your piercings, no need for twisting or turning, dry the piercing very well afterwards. No pools, lakes, or oceans for 1 month. Showers are okay. Come back and downsize in 4-6 weeks.

Oral piercings only:

Use alcohol free mouth wash, no more than 3 times a day. Use it after eating, smoking, and drinking anything other than water. Avoid all whitening products including, toothpaste with backing soda as an active ingredient. First down size within 1-2 weeks.

Cash is preferred, but we do have an ATM in studio as well as a card reader. Our card machine accepts apple pay and most debit/credit cards!

We use implant grade titanium and solid gold options, all backings are made of titanium unless requested for a special order (solid gold options). Pricing for titanium starts around $20 (ball or disk) and our solid gold options start around $50 (CZ prong). For most fresh piercings we only pierce with studs, no hoops unless applicable for a certain piercing.

No, we cannot use jewelry that is not from this studio. This is a mandate from the health department and for the wellbeing of our sterilization equipment, absolutely under no circumstance do we pierce/install outside jewelry.

If it’s jewelry you have previously purchased from us, then yes.

Yes absolutely! Please only bring 1-2 moral support, as there is limited space in our studio.

We do ask that you prepare your kiddo by informing them that piercings can be a bit painful. We aim to educate and encourage them to get the piercing only if they consent to doing so. We use single use hallow needles, this feeling is similar to a shot at the doctors. If they want to go through with the piercing but are still a bit nervous, consider them getting pierced in tandem. This is when two piercers pierce your child's ears simultaneously. Tandem does have an additional service fee of about $30, bookable only over the phone (805)388-1444. If your child does not consent and says no to the piercing, we will not pierce them, there is a $20 tray fee.

Infant/Under 5 Years old ear lobe piercings, Smileys, horizontal tongue piercings (snake eyes/frog eyes) and Tongue Web.

We DO offer all surface piercings (dermals, surface bars, anti tragus/ anti eyebrow) and genital piercings for 18 Years old+ only.

NOTE: Some piercings are anatomy dependent, if this is the case and anatomy isn't suitable for the piercing we will not go through with the service. Please book a consultation if you are not sure if you have suitable anatomy.
